The ADAAP Staff

The ADAAP staff is a dedicated team of experienced, certified professionals, including a medical director, family therapist, clinical psychologist, and social workers.
The ADAAP staff operates as a team, providing coordinated, comprehensive care to their clients.

Dan has been the Executive Director of ADAAP since 1987.  He is  a decorated Vietnam veteran.  He, has three daughters and three wonderful granddaughters. Dan's road to Recovery started in 1984, making him a true believer in the rewards of personal Recovery. Dan is dedicated to helping others find their way to recovery.  He is licensed by the Texas Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse as a chemical dependency counselor. He is also certified by The Texas Association of Addiction Professionals as a  Level III,   Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor, as well as a Compulsive Gambling Counselor. Dan is also a Substance Abuse Professional helping clients involved with the Department of Transportation. Certified Criminal Justice Addictions Professional

Julie Killelea is licensed by the Texas Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. Certified Criminal Justice Addictions Professional She has been ADAAP's Program Director since 1996. In the summer of 2004 she accepted the position of Assistant Executive Director.

Julie understands that the road to Recovery is difficult, but the gifts  are well worth the work. She has been in Recovery  since 1988 & throughout her recovery, Julie has been blessed with 2 beautiful daughters.   Julie is dedicated to helping others find their paths to recovery and a better quality of life.

Nicki Davey is licensed by the Texas Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse as an Instructor for the 12 Hour DWI Education Program. She has been with ADAAP since 1999, but as her name suggests, been with this company from the time her family opened the center.

Nicki grew up in a Recovery environment with her parents sobering up when she was 5. She brings a lot of personal insight to her classes and believes in the power of helping people & the value of  making a difference in one persons life. In conjunction with the rest of the team here, she believes that unfortunate things happen to wonderful people and everyone, given the chance - can make that change!   Everything happens for a reason...
