The drug and alcohol treatment Austin needs is here.  ADAAP has two major drug and alcohol treatment programs in Austin designed around specific aspects of the addiction and recovery cycle. We separate our programs between those who may be new to rehab treatment versus those who are returning to a program, whether they are afflicted with the disease of alcoholism or the disease of drug addiction. Both Drug and Alcohol abuse programs are intensive and both programs involve strong community support.

The Intensive Outpatient Drug and Alcohol Treatment Program is our basic rehabilitation service for those who have demonstrated a chemical dependency or those who habitually abuse drugs, alcohol or inhalants.

Relapse Outpatient Drug Treatment Services are specifically designed for suffering addicts who have demonstrated a pattern of relapsing in the midst of their recovery. We help these recurring patients identify critical triggers that may be sabotaging their triumph over chemical dependency and we help them manage their relationship to these triggers to avoid another relapse.

Intensive Outpatient Treatment Programs

ADAAP’s 60-Hour Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program in Austin is geared to assist individuals who are chemically dependent or have been assessed within the problematic range of habitual drug or alcohol abuse. The curriculum focuses on all aspects of problematic substance abuse and recovery.

Relapse Outpatient Treatment Programs

Patients struggling with relapse and relapse-based issues are invited to join this interactive therapy program that targets specific triggers and the special coping skills needed to transcend them. Individuals in this program share experiences and focus on social, work and leisure environments to avoid common addiction pitfalls. These patients are encouraged to confront self-defeating behaviors through personal and spiritual reflection. By recognizing their behavioral patterns, we hope these recovering addicts learn to strengthen specific coping skills, thereby increasing their chance of a full and successful recovery.
